営業時間は、16時〜18時くらいと2時間位しかオープンしていないなまけたお店だ。というのは冗談で朝からしっかりと一つ一つパンを捏ねて焼いているからお店のオープンも数時間が限界なのであろう。お店の方も親切に説明をしてくれてお客様一人一人に対して会話をしながらゆっくりと販売しているスタンス。店内は、雰囲気があってとても寛げる空間は、ふとオレゴン州ポートランドのホーソンとどことなく似ている。パンも種類が豊富でネット販売も行っているようだが、一人でやっているので大変そうである。栃木の新鮮な野菜と天然酵母をサンドウィッチにして食べると更に美味しい。栃木へ行った際はぜひ立ち寄ってもらいたいパン屋だ。
